Possible size labelling glitch during production?

Hi Chris, I just saw your review after mine (sad news about your sizing experience with these funky as jeans). In Virtuelle jeans, I currently sit squarely between 12 (quite snug) & 14 (just comfy), so I actually bought both sizes (sewn-on tags on back waist bands clearly marked 12 & 14). But here's the thing, they both have exactly the same width & length measurements (I accurately measured both before & after machine washing twice to shrink test). With some TS pants I find that early in the day I can fit into 12, but later in the day & evenings 14 is comfier (especially when I know another meal is imminent!) Obviously my food intake during the day drives these fluctuations. So I still don't know if they’re both 12 or 14! So TS, with these particular jeans could there have been a possible size labelling glitch during production?

Hi Glenys - saw your review & agree with you that these are pretty special but I found the sizing totally off. I have been buying Ts 16 for at least 25years & these do not fit!!!! So wrongly sized that I have no idea what size would fit - 18? 20? Such a shame as I was so excited to get them & couldn’t even get them up….. I have got Virtue & Virtuelle jeans before & never had an issue ….. and of course they are ‘Clearance’ so no return……. Very disappointing ……
