This won't be wasted. Lovely throw on over black tank and pants. Nice for dining in Summer or winter really. I got it in size 26 after sam @brown plains shop advised against a 28 for me. It has no fastener but the two panels touch at the front. Phew. Purchased for backup guest-wedding-jacket if nothing fits closer to the day. Am I the only one who gets backups? I think statement lipstick and matching nails will pull this off nicely.
