Once again same as the matching shorts, I love the concept but the sequence on it is extremely itchy and scratches under arms.

Who doesn't love a sequined party vest in their wardrobe? Although I didn't buy the matching shorts, I did try them on and they actually look great with a pair of black leggings underneath. I can't quite get away with wearing the vest without a top underneath (just a bit too low for me - same size 18 as Casey) but it looks great with a plain block top underneath. Perfect party outfit. Maybe I'll add the matching shorts later?
