Very small, especially upper arms

I was so excited to order this gorgeous jacket. But when it arrived & I tried it on, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment as I realised it was way too small for me.rnDespite ordering my usual TS size, this jacket is very narrow in the shoulders, and tight fitting in the upper arms. Had I tried it on in store, I would have adjusted up probably two sizes to keep it flowing nicely.rnIt is also not a stretchy fabric, so this contributes significantly to the small sizing.rnTS it would be very helpful for us as Plus sized women if you could please either:rn1. Maintain consistent sizing across different styles, orrn2. Are honest in the descriptions about the need to size up or down accordingly. rnIt’s one thing to know that cotton isn’t a stretchy fabric, so anything made with cotton will fit differently, but being told that we should adjust up one to two sizes would be hugely helpful.

I bought both the top and the jacket. This “cardi” also looks lovely over black. I will especially wear it cruising to make a new outfit with basic black pants and cami. Light and very pretty.
