The store is located inside Castletown Shopping Centre, opposite Optus. The shopping centre is located 3km away from Townsville CBD, and has plenty of shaded and undercover parking. There are also dedicated spaces for disabled access and parents with prams close to each entrance, and both lifts and travelators for easy access around the shopping centre.
