Jo has been sharing outfits on the internet for well over a decade. She loves connecting with women, sharing new styles and great style with no size limit! “I started sharing my outfits to connect with others online, that has led to finding an incredible group of best friends.”

Tell us your style mantra. 

STACEY: Never say never in fashion. When heading to the change room, always grab one wild card piece, whether it’s a different style, colour or print. It’s funny how often the wild card can be the piece we love and take home, like this gorgeous Hello Kitty collection.

JO: If you like it, wear it.

YOU’RE BEST FRIENDS IN REAL LIFE, WHAT’S FRIENDSHIP MEAN TO YOU?

STACEY: A great best friend is there for the good times, as well as the tough times. The person you can sit next to and not say anything because you feel comfortable and just simply enjoy their companionship. With my bestie Jo we always have fun at parties. She’s my favourite person to sneak out with and pick up a cheeseburger on the way home, and hang out giggling on the couch in matching PJs like our Hello Kitty pyjamas. It’s the little things that make the best friendships.

JO: Best friends are always there when you need them, you can breathe out and relax around them and they make you feel great, no matter what you’re doing. Stace is my favourite person to bring anywhere. That girl can make light and fun small talk with ANYONE ANYWHERE. It’s seriously the best, from parties and gatherings to the checkout cashier she will be socialising and chatting everywhere she goes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love her killer socialising skills.

TELL US WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT HELLO KITTY?

STACEY: I love how iconic Hello Kitty is and the pieces are just so cute, and fun. I remember my first Hello Kitty piece was a coin purse when I was about 10, which I kept my treasures in.

JO: Fun, feminine and girly. I love how unashamedly cute everything is. It’s about the nostalgia and power of girlhood.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THIS COLLECTION?

STACEY: How joyful and vibrant the collection is

JO: I love the size range obviously making it accessible to so many people. Every piece is not only cute but comfortable.

FAVOURITE PIECES?

STACEY: I love the pink sweater, with the red writing down the sleeve (I love a pink and red combo), and I adore the robe.

JO: It’s the dressing gown for me - it’s soft, has pockets, the cutest hood and a zip closure. That’s genius.

WHAT MAKES GREAT SLEEPWEAR?

STACEY: Comfort. I’m so fussy with my PJs, the pieces need to be soft, with good stretch and be a relaxed fit.

JO: Comfort. Cute is nice, but comfort is key when it comes to sleepwear and luckily this Hello Kitty plus size range has both in bucketloads.

ARE YOU A NIGHTIE OR PJ’S PERSON?

STACEY: PJs for me.

JO: I’m definitely a PJs girl. And the little puffy bow on the bottoms of the PJs is so adorable for the Hello Kitty sleepwear collection.

HOW DOES IT FEEL TO WEAR?

STACEY: So comfortable, I didn’t want to take them off!

JO: Cute, nostalgic, unashamedly girlie. I think that growing up, a lot of things that girls were into were seen as silly and frivolous. I love seeing women reclaiming those things they loved now and loving them out loud.

WHAT IS THE COMFORT LEVEL?

STACEY: It was the most comfortable shoot of my career to date (haha).

JO: It’s so comfortable. I’ve already got my wish list ready to go for the Hello Kitty collection launch because I know how comfortable these pieces are.

WHERE ARE YOU WEARING THE CASUAL PIECES?

STACEY: I can see myself styling the Hello Kitty pink sweater with jeans, sneakers and a long line trench for casual weekend coffee catch ups with friends

JO: I can’t wait to wear the pink and red Hello Kitty sweater on the weekend with a pair of jeans and sneakers.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE HELLO KITTY ACCESSORIES?

STACEY: I loved the Hello Kitty umbrella. Living in Sunny QLD, I would keep that in my car to use, not only on rainy days, but sunny days for some shade cover

JO: The Hello Kitty handbag is ADORABLE, and I plan on getting a pair of Hello Kitty slippers for my daughter and I.
