Authority to Leave means our courier can leave your parcel at your delivery address without needing a signature, so you don’t need to be home to receive your order.

Our delivery partners cannot guarantee a delivery time, and may deliver after hours.

We use multiple delivery partners, and you will receive email and SMS notifications from our tracking partner Shippit.
You can track the status of your order using our Order Status tool.
You can also access the Shippit Delivery Help section at any time and enter your Shippit tracking ID, which always starts with PP, for example “PPABC123456789”.
The driver will leave your parcel in what they consider a safe, sheltered spot, for example, behind a screen door, under cover, or out of sight from the street. Delivery instructions (like “leave at side gate”) help guide the driver, but they’ll always use their own judgement on the day.

Click & Collect is a FREE delivery method.
Click & Collect is available for all Australian Taking Shape boutiques and clearance stores. It is not available for Myer stores.
Click and Collect orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and delivered to your chosen boutique within 5–11 business days. Please allow additional time for deliveries to WA, NT, and some regional areas.
To collect your order, you will need your Order Confirmation or Order Collection Email. This can be printed or shown on your phone. You will also need identification that lists your name, such as a credit card, Medicare card or driver’s license.
Yes. This person will be required to show photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, when collecting your order. They will also need your name and order number.
Once your order arrives in store, you will have 5 weeks to collect it.
No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, the designation Click & Collect store cannot be changed. However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of AUD$9.95.
No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed from Click & Collect to Home Delivery (or vice versa). However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of AUD$9.95.

Yes. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. You can also track your Click & Collect order by signing into your account. To find out more, view our Track Your Order page.
Returns on purchases where a voucher was used will be issued a credit note.
