How much does Click & Collect cost?
Click & Collect is a FREE delivery method.
Which stores offer Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available for all Australian Taking Shape boutiques and clearance stores. It is not available for Myer stores.
How long does Click & Collect delivery take?
Click and Collect orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and delivered to your chosen boutique within 5–11 business days. Please allow additional time for deliveries to WA, NT, and some regional areas.
What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?
To collect your order, you will need your Order Confirmation or Order Collection Email. This can be printed or shown on your phone. You will also need identification that lists your name, such as a credit card, Medicare card or driver’s license.
Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order on my behalf?
Yes. This person will be required to show photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, when collecting your order. They will also need your name and order number.
How long are Click & Collect orders kept for in store?
Once your order arrives in store, you will have 5 weeks to collect it.
- You will receive an Order Collection Email when your order arrives in store.
- If you order is not collected within 2 weeks, you will receive an Order Collect Reminder Email.
- If you order is not collected within 4 weeks, the store will telephone you to arrange a collection time.
- If you order is not collected within 5 weeks, it will be returned to the online store and a refund will be processed.
Can I change the collection store for my Click & Collect order?
No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, the designation Click & Collect store cannot be changed. However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of AUD$9.95.
Can I change my Click & Collect order to Home Delivery?
No. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed from Click & Collect to Home Delivery (or vice versa). However, once it arrives in store, we are able to send it to another location for a delivery fee of AUD$9.95.
Where can I return my Click & Collect order?
You can return or exchange your Click & Collect Order to any Australian Taking Shape Boutique or our online store. For more information, view our Returns Policy.
Can I track my Click & Collect order?
Yes. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. You can also track your Click & Collect order by signing into your account. To find out more, view our Track Your Order page.
